My Favorite Smoothie Recipes

Smoothies have always been my favorite because they satisfy my hunger, but make me feel refreshed and healthy instead of completely filled like after I eat a huge meal. Today, I have narrowed down my top favorite smoothie recipes for you all to try! I will admit, I'm probably the world's worst chef, but I promise you that I have this whole smoothie thing down pat. Tropical Fruit Smoothie

4 Strawberries
1 handful of Blueberries
1 Banana
Yogurt
4 Ice Cubes




Orange Creamsicle

Orange Slices
4 Ice Cubes
Orange Juice
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Yogurt




Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

4 Strawberries
1 Banana
1 thin layer of Agave Nectar
8 Ice Cubes




Most times, I just experiment and add random ingredients! Some of my favorite things to add to my smoothies are:

Flax and Chia Seeds - they're super good for you
Protein Powder - makes it more filling
Spinach and/or Kale - you can't taste it at all, but they have so many nutrients
